I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative process of healing and discovery. As a psychotherapist, my goal is to help you explore your interior landscape to bring clarity, insight, release and healing to whatever area is troubling you. In traditional psychotherapy, talking about issues, concerns or problems is the main modality of providing service. I also use a variety of integrative techniques to assist in the healing process such as EMDR, hypnosis, mindfulness, and spiritual healing. My style is very interactive, gentle, compassionate and non-judgmental. It is important to me that you feel heard and seen in a deep, meaningful way and that the goals have a clear path toward achievement. Sometimes that path may be meandering and sometimes very direct, but my aim is to walk with you providing support and guidance. The rapport and relationship that we develop is an important aspect of our work together. I strive to create and hold an environment that allows you to grow and heal in the ways that are best for you.
